The developers are on a hiatus you can find them on patron & discord for more info and hasn't been active since 2021 that I am aware of, I don't know 100% of the story but they went inactive around the start of the Ukraine and Russia war. I really hope everyone involved is in good health and hopefully everything calms down soon so they can continue to finish this awesome game.
Turn on Install from unknown sources or find the browser where you downloaded it or the file manager which you opened the .apk file and then turn it on

There's multiple decision you can make to open the gallery collection. Story wise, unsure, but the ending plot stay the same in this ver.
Maybe it affect the progress with the character, i dunno
